ORDER INFORMATION You have four easy options for placing your order!

Call us toll-free at 800-313-7476. Email us at Orders@say-it.com . Shipping Orders are generally shipped within three (3) business days of ordering. Orders are sent by U.S. Postal Service, first-class or Priority mail, which generally takes 2-3 business days. Shipping and handling charges shall be 10% of purchase total, with a minimum charge of $5.95. International orders to most countries available for an additional $10.00. Rush orders (next business day) within the U.S. are available for an additional $16. Method of Payment Orders must be prepaid unless an account has been established. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and personal checks. Retail establishments and educational institutions should place orders on official stationary or purchase order forms. Please furnish a purchase order number. If this is not possible, give an authorizing name for future reference. For accounts, billing terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice as a separate item. Returns Because we at Language Arts Press develop and publish all our materials, we stand behind their quality and effectiveness 100%. For up to three months from the date of receipt, we will accept returns unconditionally. Simply send us the Language Card, the CD with case, and a copy of the invoice, and we will refund the purchase price of the items, not including shipping charges. Notification of Missing Items In the case of damaged or missing items, please notify Language Arts Press within 30 days of receipt of the order. After 30 days, it will be assumed that the order was delivered complete and in good condition. Policy Changes Our policies may change from time to time.
